• Prescott has fabulous weather– it actually snows once in a while, get the camera because it will be gone quickly. Arizona's fall and spring are long and gradual and summer is almost never 100F (typically we are 18 degrees cooler than the valley of the sun/Phoenix area). 
   
• Prescott Arizona is a mile high in the mountains, clean air, lots of trees and beautiful terrain and a million acres of National Forest is just down thestreet.                                                                                                                     
• People are so grateful to live here, ask around town. Prescott boasts lots of culture, music, and events downtown at the Courthouse Square Plaza- car shows, craft fairs, dancers, performers, museums, and lots of exciting things to see. Dozens of hiking trails, OHV areas for off-road, camping, 6 golf courses, and shopping malls. Lots of room for your horse, fabulous winding roads for your Harley, the Grand Canyon is a gorgeous 2.5 hour drive, Lake Powell is 3.5 hours, Flagstaff (Route 66) is 1.5 hours, Scottsdale is 1.5, Jerome, Az is 45 minutes and Sedona is about 20 minutes past Jerome.
